9/11 Memorial Observance. Noon - 2:00pm emergency equipment on display on S. 3rd and Mulberry Streets. 2:00pm program at Firehouse with Perry County Honor Guard, PC Brass, local clergy, final call and ringing of bells. Ed Mann, PA Fire Commissioner during 9/11 will be the speaker. Refreshments served after the service.
